
Donation Request
Process
Gilbert’s Family of Companies has a heart for Okeechobee and the surrounding communities and is regularly approached for donations. In order to help expedite the donation process, please complete the form in its entirety to be considered for a donation. Since 1924, we have been dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve. While we try our best, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot respond to or support every request we receive.
Donation Guidelines
We only review sponsorship or donation requests via the form. Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event. To be considered, please be prepared to provide the following:
- Completed Gilbert's Family of Companies Donation Request Form
- Your organization's mission and/or vision statement, history, and any other pertinent information.
- A copy of your current IRS 501(c)(3) letter, if applicable.
- Detailed description of how the donation will be used.

form/agreement/contract. - FOLLOWING EVENT - Digital photos of all signage for our companies from day of event.
